We were in the bay at the end of July. The impression is terrible! We rented a bungalow for 4 people, 28K for two days - this is extremely expensive. Not matching price and quality! The furniture is old, chests of drawers and bedside tables are difficult to open; there is an unpleasant musty smell in the rooms; there are ants in the kitchen, there are not enough dishes; no air conditioning; the toilet is leaking; the sofa is broken, the springs are sticking out, the bedspread on it is all stained; lighting is dim. There are gazebos on the street, instead of tables there are huge spools of rotten food piled in the holes. Wasps fly into the stench of rotten meat, making it impossible to stay there. The beach is a separate pain! The water in the reservoir has been released, so the buoys that DO NOT SWIMM are lying on dry land. The most desperate ones swam from the pier, from which jet skis and boats constantly sailed in and out, there was no safety. The pier itself also does not inspire confidence in its reliability, since its individual parts consist of pallets, boards, and debris. There is a children's pool on the beach, in poor condition, yellow in color. I don’t recommend this place, we won’t go here again either.

4 only because of the condition of the water, the beach and the very non-intrusive service in the Syrovar restaurant. Sometimes we waited 15-20 minutes for the menu. There are a couple of guys who really try and know what service is. Dishes and drinks are not always available; we often choose what is “out of stock.” Nice and well maintained area. Lots of water activities. There is not enough air conditioning in the room. Otherwise everything is clean and tidy.

Well-groomed area, the presence of trees and grass, smooth and wide paths, good lighting and a sufficient number of benches. There are two decent barbecue areas on the territory. The only thing I didn't like was the poor lighting of these areas. We stayed in a deluxe room. We were pleased with the warm floors in every room, including the bathroom, as well as the fairly spacious refrigerator. Disliked: poor lighting (very dim light everywhere), uncomfortable pillows, lack of hair dryer and air conditioning. The layout of the room is unfortunate - the room with a table is located right at the entrance. All the dirt immediately goes into the room. It was necessary to at least somehow separate these zones. At the same time, the room has a huge dressing room, in which there is a lot of unnecessary space. The restaurant, whose cuisine was so praised by everyone, turned out to be completely ordinary. Prices are slightly above average in Ufa. Didn't like the dirty tables. I think they were just lazy, because... There were almost no visitors and the staff had a lot of free time. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the stay, was quite filling, but monotonous - only the porridge changed, and scrambled eggs with sausage every day. On the first day, everyone was given one sliced sausage, and on the second day, half of it. The restaurant staff is friendly and polite. For children's entertainment, there is a playground and a small games room on site. In summer, a children's pool is opened on the beach. The parking lot is small and not located in a fenced area, there is video surveillance. In general, a good recreation center, but for that kind of money it is quite possible to find an alternative.

An excellent place for a summer holiday, an hour and a half drive from Ufa on the shores of the Pavlovsk reservoir. Nice beach. Large territory. Barbecue areas. Children's playrooms. Parking. Bath. Hookahs. Parking for boats. Water sports. Beach bar. Volleyball. Tennis. Bicycles. Beautiful area with pleasant music. Cons: not tasty Lovkov Syrovar restaurant with long service. One bathroom in the houses is not enough for a family of 5 people
